Thank you The City of Shelley for your $5,000 for our Phase Two Remodel!

We would like to thank the City of Shelley for their generous contribution to our center. With this grant, it will cover for the funds of our phase two remodel.

We appreciate the support from our amazing city, and look forward to continue providing services to our seniors and all members of the community. 

Thank you Meals on Wheels of America for your $6,000 grant to our center.

Thank you Meals on Wheels of America for granting us $6,000 to our center! We are so thankful and plan to purchase new tables and chairs for our facility. 

The Meals on Wheels of America is a wonderful organization that is dedicated to providing nutritional meals and strives to eliminate isolation to the elderly.  

Thank You CHC Foundation for your $15,000 Grant for our Remodel.

CHC Foundation’s mission is to provide grants to publicly supported, tax-exempt, non-profit organizations in the greater Easter Idaho region. CHC Foundation gives priority to innovative and enriching projects which serve the public interest and well-being and significantly improve the quality of life of the people of the region. There are two granting sessions each year, in the spring and fall.

Please submit your recipes on our Facebook page, or bring them into the office. Our awesome Head Cook, Sharla and Baker, Katie will select a recipe and the winning recipe will be in November's Menu with you as the contributor!

July's Winner of the Favorite Fish Recipe Round Up is Hanna Mitchell, her recipe will be on the menu Sept. 10th

Submitted by Hanna Mitchell: Take your Fish Fillet pat it dry then roll it in a mixture of flour and cornmeal, then add pepper, salt and lemon pepper and fry in a mixture of oil and butter until crispy on the outside and flaky inside.

June's winner of the Favorite Luau Recipe Round-up is Denine Wong with her Hawaiian Gelatin Recipe!  This will be on the menu Aug. 25th for our Annual Luau Lunch!

We are open for congregate lunch & Curb Side Service!

We can still offer curbside meals, Call us at 208-357-3621 to order your meal.  Call on Tuesday for Wednesday's Meal and Thursday for Friday's Meal.  Come at 11 am to The Elite Retreat A Community Center For Active Adult, located at 193 W Pine in Shelley to pickup your meal and park on the west side of the building where we will attempt to save two parking places for curbside.   You can still use your meal card and meals are a suggested donation of $5.00 to anyone 60 and over.  If you have a need please let us know by calling us.  We want to help where we can.  Hope to hear from you soon!  Same delicious meals just in take-out.
